I really like going to LMU. The classes are small, the campus is small, and everyone knows everyone else. I've made a few friends since I started, but I kinda miss hanging out by the bench near the girls bathroom. The entire class of 96 should get together one day next month and pay the school a visit. I almost miss seeing some of you people. ALMOST!

(Comments) My experience at laces had its faults. Some of the teachers there did make an important (positive) impact on my life. Others did not. It was only in the middle of my senior year that I was finnaly diagnosed with Attention Defficit Disorder (ADD). Not many gave a damn. Later I've recieved further testing for my learning disabilities and found that "yes" I do have other processing difficulties. I think back on my time at laces, and can't help but remember those who were ignorant, and thought that perhaps I just wasn't trying hard enough to learn or I was just stupid (at least that's the way I was treated some times). I've learned of so many possibilities, and options I never new I had.

Current Activities Re-acquainting myself with the concept of "free time", volunteering for Kerry '04, writing for pleasure, watching way too much reality TV.
Comments I spent the last three years as the day-to-day manager for Coldplay, but that's over now--I've just started working in the executive office for the Hollywood Reporter (and a few other, less known trade mags over at VNU). The upside to this career switch is that good job performance is no longer predicated on my turnaround time for getting a new cell phone, but how well I can research and analyze information; the downside is that I won't get to as many rock shows for free (but I also won't have to hear anyone say, "ugh, the Hollywood Repoter? I haaate them." That can get annoying). I'm impressed by everyone who's gone on to graduate school. If only the whole going-to-school thing didn't annoy me so much, I'd love to be a graduate student.
