A smart board is a chalkboard size interactive computer monitor which teachers can write on like a white board and use to show powerpoint presentations, slideshows, web sites and anything else you might look at on a regular computer.
They are not cheap. They cost approximately $1500-$3000+ depending on the model you choose. Grants are available to partially offset the cost. See the grants page. |
